As an eight-year-old boy, I was gloriously saved under the Gospel tent, during a week of revival in Eureka, Illinois. My dad was pastoring a church there. I was called to preach at the Our Time Youth Conference at the age of fourteen. God then called me to go to Golden State Baptist College in Santa Clara, California under the leadership of Dr. Jack Trieber. I graduated from Bible College in May of 2022. I am excited to be serving the Lord as Assistant Pastor here at Amazing Grace Baptist Church.
My parents reared me in church. I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior in June of 1973. I was active in my local church in the bus ministry and teen department until going to college in January 1978. I met and married my husband, Kevin Weber at Hyles-Anderson College in 1982. He served as a youth pastor in East Moline, Illinois where we also taught in the Christian school. Then God moved us to East Tawas, Michigan where he served as pastor. In 1992, the Lord moved us to Mexico, Missouri where Kevin became the pastor and General Manager of KJAB Christian Radio. It is such a rich and rewarding life to serve the Lord! The ministry has allowed me many opportunities to serve the Lord as a pastor’s wife, Christian school teacher, Sunday School teacher, church pianist, bus worker, radio broadcaster, office manager and homeschool mom.
Because of health reasons, Kevin had to medically retire from pastoring as his health declined. We moved to Wentzville, Missouri in August of 2020 and began attending Amazing Grace Baptist Church. We loved the God-honoring music, anointed preaching from the King James Bible and the church family that made us a part of the family right away! My husband went to Heaven in August of 2021. God continues to have a plan for me as the Church Secretary of Amazing Grace Baptist Church. In the words of a familiar song, “the longer I serve Him, the sweeter He grows.”
